Tenancy Application
Thank you for your interest in PEKA! Before we can assist you with any rentals, we will need you to complete a tenancy application. Be sure to list the reference #s of those units of interest (max. 4 units) in the 'Units of Interest' box.
Please Note: Separate applications must be completed by ALL persons above the age of 18 applying to reside together (limit 3 unrelated adults).
Once we have approved your application, we will contact you for further discussion and/or arrange for showings of available units. We thank all applicants; however, only those approved will be contacted.

Print off, complete and forward to PEKA by drop off, fax (403.678.4990) or scan/email (rent@peka.ca).
APPROVAL AT A GLANCE:
- Is your application complete?
- Have you listed two references and their contact information?
- Have you notified your references and employer that we will be calling and asked them to communicate promptly with us?
- Have you provided us with sufficient information to perform a credit check?
- Have you listed the units you are applying to rent?
- If you have a pet, are there any units that list pet friendly?
If you answered yes to these questions you will hear from us via email or phone call within 3 business days.
