PEKA Monthly rentals are restricted to residential use in accordance with the Town of Canmore land use bylaw and are not Tourist homes.
Tourist home are defined as follows:
- The intent of the occupant to stay for short-term vacation purposes rather than use the property as a residence; and/or
- The commercial nature of a Tourist Home
Please acknowledge that your intended use of the home is for residential purposes to proceed to the listings.
