While browsing through our Long Term rental listings below, please note the following:
- Rentals are located in Canmore unless otherwise stated.
- Rentals are a minimum one year lease unless otherwise stated (i.e. six month lease, flexible lease, etc.).
- Rentals are UNFURNISHED, unless otherwise stated as: FURNISHED (furniture only) or FULLY FURNISHED (furniture, pots/pans, dishes, etc.). No linen or personal items. For a full list of available items in the property, a copy of the inventory may be requested at time of lease signing (information not guaranteed).
- Rentals are NO SMOKING units.
- Rentals are NO PET units unless otherwise stated (i.e. PET: On approval).

Rentals specify quantity of appliances that are included shown as:
Five (5) = Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer and Dryer
Six (6) = Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer, Dryer and Microwave -
Rentals list the monthly rental rate “+ UT” (utilities), shown as:
E (electricity); C (cable); T (telephone); and G (gas) - W, S & G is in reference to the Town of Canmore Utilities; Water, Sewage & Garbage. Typically included in all rental rates unless otherwise stated in the ad description.

Rentals list basic information only. Additional information will be released once a tenancy application has been submitted and approved. We will only contact those applicants which have been approved AND for whom we are able to offer rental(s) that meet their listed requirements.
