
Duties
- Screening rental applications, checking references, booking property showings
- Responding to various inquiries (phone, email or in person) & assisting customers
- Booking appointments for Rental Agents
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information including Lease Agreements
- Maintaining the company website & department direct email, advertising, designing newspaper ads/proofs and invoicing.
- Assisting all Rental Agents with various duties
- Data Entry with property management software
- Maintaining utility accounts for various properties
- Scheduling maintenance, inspections, work orders & creating and approving invoices
