Rental Trust Administrator

Duties

  • Screening rental applications, checking references, booking property showings
  • Responding to various inquiries (phone, email or in person) & assisting customers
  • Booking appointments for Rental Agents
  • Type and word-process various documents and electronic information including Lease Agreements
  • Maintaining the company website & department direct email, advertising, designing newspaper ads/proofs and invoicing.
  • Assisting all Rental Agents with various duties
  • Data Entry with property management software
  • Maintaining utility accounts for various properties
  • Scheduling maintenance, inspections, work orders & creating and approving invoices

  • The ability to negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong skills with PC and Mac compatible computers, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Publisher and Word
  • Proficient in typing
