In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, PEKA is taking proactive precautionary steps to help protect our staff and the community. Some of our staff may be working from home, and they may be working outside of regular office hours.

The Canmore Office: Open by appointment only (closed for lunch from 12pm to 1pm) and masks are mandatory. We are allowing 2 people in the office at a time. Please respect the 6ft social distancing while waiting to enter the office and use the sanitizer provided before approaching reception.

The Calgary Office: Open by appointment only and masks are mandatory. We are allowing 1 person in the office at a time. Please respect the social distancing when approaching the front reception.

Payments: We are no longer accepting cash and strongly encourage use of our pre-authorized payment method. Please take advantage of our user-friendly client portal in the above tool bar where you can submit account inquiries, change your contact information, or set up automatic payments etc.

Contractors: Please submit all invoices to invoices@peka.ca.  Please make contact directly with the tenants or owners for access and use the drop box to return keys.

Masks, as per the Town of Canmore/Calgary Mandatory mask bylaws, masks will be required when entering indoor public space. Please wear a mask when entering our offices.

We are working with all property stakeholders to implement added measures to safeguard health and safety and promote recommended social distancing. PEKA will continue to closely monitor the development of COVID-19 and follow recommendations from health officials in the coming days and weeks.
