Canmore Community Housing (CCH) is a non-profit corporation wholly owned by the Town of Canmore and governed as an arm's length organization.
CCH Vital Homes Rental Program is simply put – this program is vital. It is vital to the long-term sustainability of Canmore’s social and economic diversity. Vital to keep families in the community. Vital Homes is for people who live and work in Canmore. This program, which was previously called the Perpetually Affordable Housing program, provides more affordable rental options to eligible residents.
All CCH properties are managed by PEKA Professional Property Management Ltd.
