Front Desk Receptionist

Duties  
  • Managing general phone calls 
  • Greeting and screening visitors
  • First reception of clients and contractors
  • Key Administration – updating key lists, key room
  • Collecting rent/condo fees/misc. payments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Sorting mail/invoices
  • Contractor cheque mail out
  • Key cutting and invoicing
  • Sorting emails and faxes

Skills

  • Customer service Oriented
  • Excellent people skills in person and in writing
  • The ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
  • Diplomacy, patience and flexibility
  • The ability to negotiate effectively
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong skills with PC and Mac compatible computers, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Publisher and Word
  • Proficient in typing
