
Duties
- Managing general phone calls
- Greeting and screening visitors
- First reception of clients and contractors
- Key Administration – updating key lists, key room
- Collecting rent/condo fees/misc. payments
- Ordering office supplies
- Sorting mail/invoices
- Contractor cheque mail out
- Key cutting and invoicing
- Sorting emails and faxes
Skills
- Customer service Oriented
- Excellent people skills in person and in writing
- The ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people
- Diplomacy, patience and flexibility
- The ability to negotiate effectively
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong skills with PC and Mac compatible computers, including experience with Microsoft Excel, Publisher and Word
- Proficient in typing
