Overview:
This job requires the candidate to plan, organize, direct and control daily operations for a portfolio of condominium properties.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Plan and manage annual corporation budgets
- Reviewing and authorize invoices
- Facilitate communication between owners and the Board of Directors
- Answering calls and maintaining email account.
- Attendance to Board Meetings & Annual General Meetings (some evening/weekends required)
- Arrangement & administration of condominium maintenance, repairs, annual service contracts and capital projects
- Communication with Board Members, Owners and Trades
- Emergency on-call rotation
Qualifications:
- Must have driver's license and vehicle
- 3 years related experience in Condominium Management or related industry experience preferred.
- Must have experience in Property Management. Must be licensed or available to be licensed by the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA).
- Graduation from a post-secondary program related to property management, real estate management, accounting or business administration is a definite asset.
